Lot Maintenance Request Form

Please complete the following form below to request maintenance in a parking lot on campus.  When submitting your request, please include a brief description and photo of the area of concern. 

Every submitted request is reviewed and prioritized based on immediate need and available funding.

Please note that submitting a request does NOT guarantee an immediate resolution. Duplicate requests will be consolidated and does NOT increase the priority of a request.

Note: This repair form is only for maintenance in a lot located within the university main campus.  Parking & Transportation Services is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the parking lots.  For any maintenance request regarding roadways, streets or landscaping, please reach out to Landscape Services at facilityservices@lsu.edu or visit the Landscape Services website.
