During the summer months, LSU hosts thousands of youth, adult, athletic, and academic groups on campus in June and July.
The LSU Residential Life Conference Services team is ready to assist you with planning your program's stay on campus, including connecting you with campus partners for catering services or meals in dining halls, parking and transportation, reserving physical spaces, and more.
We look forward to providing a wonderful on-campus experience for your guests.

HOW TO MAKE RESERVATIONS
LSU’s Finance & Administration manages preliminary details with Summer Youth Groups (per Policy Statement 88) and administers a priority rating system for groups requesting use of university facilities.
Once the ratings are issued in December, we'll follow the processes below depending on if your group is affiliated with LSU or not.
From inquiry to billing, our team will be with you every step of the way. Here's what to expect:
- Submit Inquiry Form in the Conferences Portal
- Schedule Exploratory Conversation
- Complete Memorandum of Understanding and Facilities Use Agreement
- Submit Guaranteed Count
- Submit Final Roster
- Host Event
- Complete Billing & Payment
