How to Use

  1. Locate predicted high temperature across top axis. Located humidity along side axis.
  2. Intersect two readings to find the Apparat Temp or "what it feels like."

Heat Index 90-100

Sun, stroke, heat cramps and heat exhaustion are possible with prolonged exposure and physical activity.

Heat Index 101-129

Sun strike, heat cramps and heat exhaustion are likely. Heat stroke is possible with prolonged exposure and physical activity.

Heat Index 120 - Higher

Heat stroke or sun stroke are imminent.

OSHA has a heat index app that can be downloaded to your phone for easy reference.
