Speaker Request Form

Our team is available to speak to classes, organizations and groups of students, faculty, staff, and/or alumni. Please use the form below to submit your request.

Deadline for requests

We try to accommodate all speaker requests. High demand for speakers requires that requests be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the speaking engagement.

Available times for speaking engagements

Staff members are available to speak any day of the working week. Speaking engagements that begin after 7:30 p.m. cannot be accommodated. Please ensure that one of our staff members is available before adding us to your syllabus.

Confirmation of requests

A few days after your request is submitted, you will receive an email confirming that a speaker has been scheduled or notifying you that no staff member is available to appear. If available, the assigned speaker will contact you one to two days prior to the speaking engagement to address last-minute details.
