Enrolling in a summer school course keeps you progressing toward graduation. Explore the hundreds of course options for credit LSU offers via in-person, online, study abroad, internships, and summer research.  

Not planning to be in Baton Rouge over the summer? No problem! Get a headstart to graduation or get back on track by taking online summer school courses. To find more information about each of these online classes, including instructor, time, and location, please go to the LSU Course Offerings page. Be sure to select Summer 2024 in the dropdown menu. You can also find on-campus courses as well on the same page. 

To ensure that you are taking the right course that will fulfill requirements for your intended degree program, it is important that you check with your academic advisor beforehand. You can make an appointment with one of your academic advisors via the Navigate Student platform on the web or through the mobile app.

  • First Summer (Session B) - May 28, 2024 through June 29, 2024

  • Second Summer (Session C) - July 8, 2024 through August 10, 2024 

  • Summer Long Session - May 28, 2024 through August 10, 2024
